My name is Nancy Moede and this is my fourth year at Electra High School. I have 16 years of teaching experience in both private and public school systems.  I love being in a lab again! After a career in marketing, I returned to college and earned my BBA undergraduate degree at Midwestern State University. I immediately realized that my passion was teaching and continued taking college courses until I received my teaching certification and a Masters in Education. In addition, I have completed numerous courses towards an additional Masters in Educational Technology. I now carry two Texas Teaching Certifications: one in PK-12 Technology and the other in 6-12 Business.

Our plans for the Electra High School Technology strand is to offer 5 classes this year. They will be Introduction to Technology, Business Information I and II,  Web Technology and digital imaging, and Yearbook. In addition, I will be sponsoring JH UIL events Ready Writing and Journalism and HS UIL events in Technology and Journalism.

Weekly lesson plans are posted online. This allows parents to view what's coming up in their student's classes the upcoming week, and allows students to stay updated on assignments for the week. Below is a link to these classes.
